What does an electrical diagnostic include?
A full computer scan of the vehicle's modules, review of codes and live data, and targeted testing of the circuits and components involved, so we can explain the cause and give you a repair estimate.
How long does a vehicle diagnostic take?
Many diagnostics are completed within the first hour. Complex or intermittent faults can take longer; we call you before using additional time.
Can you diagnose intermittent electrical faults?
Yes, we work on intermittent faults. They can take longer to find because the fault has to be present or reproduced during testing; we keep you informed before using extra diagnostic time.
Do you inspect used vehicles before purchase?

Do you work on hybrid vehicles?
Yes. We provide hybrid system diagnostics, warning light assessments, battery condition testing and general hybrid maintenance.
What is the difference between a scan and a full diagnosis?
A scan reads stored codes. A full diagnosis uses the codes, live data and hands-on electrical and mechanical testing to find the actual cause.
Do you provide repair estimates?
Yes. After the assessment we explain the findings and give you an estimate. No repair work starts without your approval.
Can I book an appointment online?
Yes. Send a request on our contact page. It is a request, not a confirmed booking; we call you to confirm the time.
What should I bring for a pre-purchase inspection?
The vehicle, the seller's permission for the inspection, and if possible the ownership and the Used Vehicle Information Package (UVIP). Service records help too.
What is included in a vehicle safety assessment?
